2.2.2 Recovery after separation:
Restore the work after draining the pipeline.
1) Retrieve the hose pulled by the tank truck and check whether the hose is damaged. If damaged, replace it.
2) Check whether the main seals of the two shut-off valves are damaged (burned out). If they are damaged, remove the main seal seat and replace the main seal.
3) Check whether the secondary seal is damaged (burned out), and replace if damaged.
4) Press the secondary seal into the groove of the one-way valve left on the pipeline, and it can be greased.
5) Close the two check valves along the clapper guide hole.
6) Replace the two cut-off valves with new pull-off bolts. When connecting the pull-off bolt, pretension it with bare hands, and then tighten the pull-off bolt with a preset torque wrench.

1) The hose is a metal hose, and the wall thickness of the corrugated pipe should be greater than 0.5mm; if the wall thickness is less than 0.5mm, a corresponding wire rope should be added in the cavity to increase the tensile strength of the metal hose.
2) After emergency disconnection, the pump must be stopped quickly and the pipeline pressure must be removed.
3) Do not use external force to squeeze the valve flap before the pipeline is evacuated, otherwise it will cause medium leakage.
4) When the liquid phase emergency pull-off valve is installed, the front end of the valve should be supported by a bracket to reduce the impact.
5) Leakage treatment of low-temperature pull-off valve: The internal leakage of low-temperature valve is the damage to the sealing surface of the valve. Because the low-temperature valve is a soft seal structure, you can use a wrench to tighten it first. If it is still leaking, the valve seat may be damaged and the valve needs to be replaced.
There are two types of leakage of the external valve of the low temperature valve: the leakage of the valve body flange or the leakage of the two check valves. Generally, the fastening method is used to handle or replace the gasket.
